Honduras
Tostado Medio / Medium Roast
The country is considered the most biodiverse of all Central America. Due to its temperate and tropical climates, Honduras produces coffees which are typically described as mild, robust, and sweet.
El Salvador
Tostado Oscuro / Dark Roast
With more than 80% of its coffee grown under shade, El Salvador produces quality beans that benefit from natural ecology. Expect a well-balanced brew, with medium body, good acidity and honey-like sweetness.
Mexico
Tostado Medio Oscuro / Medium Dark Roast
Mexico has grown coffee commercially since 1790, and the crop thrives in its southern regions of Chiapas and Veracruz. This delightful roast offers a light body, medium acidity and nuttiness with milk chocolate notes.
Nicaragua
Tostado Oscuro / Dark Roast
Grown on mountainside "fincas" (farms) between 3600 and 5250 feet above sea level, the coffees of Nicaragua are typically milder in acidity than most other Central American coffees. A good Nicaraguan coffee displays a mild, fruity brightness and will tend toward higher-toned characteristics such as citrus and floral.
Guatemala
Tostado Medio / Medium Roast
Guatemala benefits from high altitudes and as many as 300 unique micro climates. The unique growing region, with a mild subtropical climate combined with nutrient-rich volcanic soil, create an ideal environment for growing some of the most delicious coffee beans on the market.
